Started my bday celebration here with my aunt on 5/17/26 & as a late mother’s day gift for her. I must say we definitely enjoyed it. Way more charms than I expected so it’s a must I go again. The only downside you have to be careful when removing because the bracelet because it can pinch & that has happened to both of us a lot. Other than that, i highly recommend. Sad I didn’t get to use my coupon because I could not locate it in my email 😫.

I absolutely love the two customized Italian charm bracelets that I made in store. The girls who worked the desk were super sweet and helped me build my charm bracelets. They had so many different charms to choose from. The shop was also super cute with everything that they were also selling. I would totally recommend somebody to go here if they could only buy one souvenir in NYC.

We get so much compliments on this .... People want to know where did we get it from.

Very fun experience. It was a little small to move around since it was busy. I needed help finding a few charms. But the overall experience was fun!
